- You must notify us immediately of any security breaches

9. Warranty and Disclaimer

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laxm OPC Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act. The arbitration will take place in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
