By accessing and using TeamUp Tracker ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

TeamUp Tracker is a web-based platform for capturing, tracking, and analyzing daily standup data for teams across organizations. Our service includes:

• Daily standup entry and tracking
• Team and organization analytics
• Blocker management and resolution tracking
• Automated reminders and notifications
• Role-based access controls
• Data export capabilities

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

• You retain ownership of your data
• You grant us a license to process your data to provide the service
• We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data
• You can request data deletion at any time

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

In no event shall Laxm OPC Pvt Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
